For locals we offer a truly unique romantic treat ideal for honeymoons, anniversaries and surprises. An easy drive from the main centres of Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua and Tauranga, Warm Earth Cottage makes a perfect weekend break and many guests return to stay longer.

Directions from the south:
From Tauranga take the Auckland Waihi Road, State Highway 2 on your way to your relaxing break at Warm Earth's unique cabin accommodation near Katikati. Coming from Tauranga look out for Morton Estate Winery on the left, Thompsons Track is 2km further on to your left.

Directions from the north:
From the North continue 6 km past Katikati, heading for Tauranga, on your left you will pass the Pacifica Golf Course, then the old Forta Leza restaurant. Over the bridge of the Waitekohe Stream and Thompsons Track is first on your right.
