We offer you a unique experience. A time to talk, reflect, communicate, a
chance to relax, re-ignite the fire, or just chill out in the privacy of
your own secluded slice of heaven.
Our two romantic cabins are nestled in a valley in the Kaimai Ranges,
just south of the mural town of Katikati, and north of Tauranga in New
Zealand's Bay of Plenty. They are designed after the old NZ miners cottages
of yesteryear, no electricity, just the warm evocative light of candles and
a lantern and an outside bush bath. (lit for you at dusk) Wow.
Relax in the bath with a romantic wine or two, and a complimentary
liqueur, with just the sounds of the Waitekohe Stream and the night birds
and watch the world and stars go by. Take a wander to the stream to see the
glow-worms after dark - magical.
Our two cabins offer beautifully appointed accommodation and are
available for short or long term stays - ideal for honeymoons or romantic
treats. Even a night stolen from the world, works wonders for the soul.
Each bush cabin has a pot belly stove to make an early morning cuppa
(provided). A late breakfast is at the house or you can have a bush BBQ at
the stream or your cabin. BE THE FIRST TO EAT THE LOT
All you need is the ability to relax, enjoy the peace - and each other.
